Diane "D" Wells, the founder and president of Dwells Development & Consulting, LLC has over twenty-five years of corporate experience; eighteen of which was spent in human development.  Her highly motivated, energetic personality, principle-centered values and love for development is highly contagious with those she encounters.  She works with clients from a variety of industries.

Dwells Development's methodology is based around a process whereby we work with organization leaders to clearly understand and identify specific areas of development and we put together a plan and schedule to meet the desired results. Tremendous success has been experienced with current clients. 

Diane is an active member of the African American Chamber of Commerce in Pittsburgh, PA and past member of the American Society of Training and Development.  Her personal time is spent with her husband Reggie, A State Trooper & South Park Girls Head Basketball Coach; adult sons; Reggie Jr., a professional football player in the national football league (left-guard) for the Arizona Cardinals , and Ryan, an international professional basketball player (point-guard) in Europe.  She serves her church, Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Library, as a faithful member, trustee, Sunday school teacher and praise team member. She serves her community through her active membership with the Professional Football Players Mother Association(PFPMA) where she's a member of the board of directors and holds the position of Education coordinator.
